Cheapest place I could find near me was £206 on a 216 coupe (k series).

did my own for £63...

£45 for the clutch kit (cant remember the brand but it was a good one :P)
£8 for the gbox oil
£5 for the new driveshaft boot that was split in the process (with grease)
£5's worth of tea bags n coffee!! :P

took me about a hour all in..
but later in the year i replaced the entire gbox..
which took me less than half hour on my own with a mate watching and fetching my spanners :P
