I don't think I've posted this photo before....
This is the video library recovered from a lockup in Leamington last year. It was put there in about 1998 for safety as the Marketing Department were moving from their home on the Canley site in Coventry and their new location was not quite as spacious so these were at risk of going in the skip
It consists of over 130 VHS cassettes and some professional quality tapes that has provided many of the adverts recently uploaded to our Facebook page and to our YouTube Channel.
After being catalogued and sorted, the important ones were digitised for us by John Clancy at Triumph Video (he produced the RoverFest 2107 DVD) and our Treasurer has spent a lot of time re-mastering them. Many thanks to both of them for their efforts
The SD3 and R8 videos have been uploaded leaving a significant number of HH/R and R3 videos which will be released in stages throughout this year.
The library covered all of Rover Group's models and marques (Rover, Land Rover and MG) and those not covered by our club have started to be distributed to other relevant owners clubs
