I've heard good stories about Koni, so that might be a good choice. My plan with the car is more power, so I also want better brakes and better suspension.
ZR160 en ZS180 will be PnP, or not?
I'm new with Rovers, and the Concerto is more Rover then Honda, only stuff from the most Honda D series engines will fit. Suspension is very different.
PnP? Plug and play? If so then yes, should be a straight swap.
Suspension shares somethings with hondas. The integra rear bushes are the same as the rover ones. I've no idea if the rest is the same, but it is certainly very similar.

Yeah I mean plug and play. Where should I be able to buy those breaks? I don't think we have those cars over here..
The rear suspension could be similar, but I know for sure the front suspension is very different. The Honda's have double wishbone all around, the Rovers/Concerto's just in the back. JDM Concerto's do have double wishbone all around. So I think that would be a problem. I don't know if just the dampers are interchangeable, should try it some time..

Long time no update here.. Started a very busy job in late 2010 (which meant driving 110km's everyday and working litteraly around 10 hours a day) therefore I sold my Rover 216, I drive a Vento GL TDI as a daily now.
BUT the honda-virus keeps haunting me, but I want a more classy car so i'm on the look out for a new 'project' it'll be a 3-5door Rover 216, GTI or GSI. Very small chance that it'll be a 220GTI because they're very rare here. Plans will be the same as my last 216, Just some lowering, some nice wheels. Keeping it clean..
Some pics of my 216GSI when I sold it:

Especially this last pic makes me miss it.. Too bad the car seems to be scrapped now.
Also a pic of my daily b*tch, lowered on a coiloverkit, loads of stickers.. And some other stuff done to it.
I also registered on mg.roverforums but it seems so be very boring? More 25/45 related..
