were breaking their 200/400/600/800's and posting 'Wanted' topics on the forums the waiting finally paid
off and I now have a set of front fog lights for my Cabby, a big hand goes to Johnny 216GSi though as he
was also hunting around for me too and pulled out a wild card on ebay out that paid off.
He PM'd me a link on ebay to a set of tidy looking ROVER 600 Foglights with Nightfire Red Surrounds on a
bid auction with a £15 starting bid, all seemed good but the seller had zero feedback and it was collect only
in Swindon, a good 500 mile round trip, a quick PM to the seller who turned out to be a top chap who said
he would box them up for me and post them on the end of the auction, happy days, he didn't have a PayPal
but said an account transfer would be fine.
I was the only bidder so I bagged them for £15, he got them posted for less than £3 too, I got them today
and was very happy to find that my £18 got me a brand new set of lights !
Just goes to show you what help these forums still have to offer and that you don't get if you don't ask.
Oh and I sent Johnny a Beer Token.
