I was reading that it was possible to fix a dodgy clock LCD display and in a moment of madness decided to remove the centre console on my 1999 400 . Problem arose when the allen screw on one side of the radio release rounded and I couldnt remove the stereo. After a google search Im pretty sure the Radio CD is a Blaupunkt/BMW Business CD43 with the small flaps on each side that flip open to allow access to the release allen screws. Can anybody advise me on removal now one side is rounded or have i bugg**ed it completely.
