I bet Paul_1978_yorks got excited when he saw Wakefield, but we already know each other via Facebook, and the car has been posted here in the past so some of you may remember it. (Here it is)

So, I'm Mike, and we bought our 214SEi a couple of years ago. She's called Rita and is my wifes (Lauren's) daily.


When we got her she had 41,000 miles, but now has 53,000 miles. Her head gasket was replaced about a year ago, and she's had a new clutch but she's given fantastic service over that time. She was also used in a music video along with our BMW E36, but that is now unavailable on YouTube for some reason. It broke down in the video and the singer rescued the girl.





As mentioned in the link at the top, she still has the parking dents. We had a dent man out to do my Z3 and has given a quote for Rita, so she will be getting done in the next few weeks. There are a couple of rust bubbles that need sorting out too. We are going to take her to the place Paul took his in Cleckheaton. We have no other plans than to keep her standard and as mint as possible.
