The service includes:-
Repair of internal electrical circuits.
Fitment of a high-quality brand new lamp - We fit new lamps to ensure our warranty can be fuffilled. old lamps may not survive posting
Fully testing carried out on bespoke harness
Returned, Tracked postage via Royal Mail. (International Orders will attract an additional shipping fee)
Packing - we will use new packaging for the return
1 year warranty on repairs (as long as unit has not been opened) Return postage is not covered by the warranty.
The service DOES NOT include:-
Repair of damaged clocks where the fault is not caused by faulty electronic connections i.e. water damage, physical LCD damage. In such circumstances, we will contact you to discuss options. We can return unrepairable clocks to you, and grant a refund, minus the return postage. Sometimes clocks are beyond repair and can't be fixed.

Re: Borg Clock Repair Service
Yep - try the bulbs first, you can get them on ebay easily enough.
If you can still see the figures, but they are faint - then its just the bulb! No need to send them to us for that
