Two very nice photo's, interesting to note that the very same tree is visible in both photographs, just a mere 63 years apart!

The castle is only about 20 minutes from where I live, and I often go there on a bike ride.
I came across the picture on eBay and thought it worth buying thinking that I could replicate the picture.
Yes a private plate, the car is K reg, I got it to match my daily driver, a Subaru Forester, that plate being my Wife & Daughters initials, with J being mine & the 28th my birthday!!!
Well, you have to do something in retirement!
