Had a van hit the OSR door and need to source a replacement. Wanted to check if there are any year related issues for combability. For example, would a pre facelift door fit all right?

Any 25, ZR or probably Streetwise door should do the job.

Avoid doors from the earlier 200, as there are a number of differences on the inner skin, which will result in you having to drill holes and make other adaptations to fit the door card and handles etc. (I found this out many years ago when fitting a full 25 iS interior to a 220 SDi)

Thanks for that. I thought probably that would be the case but sometimes there are variations (like from the 200) that cause problems. It means I can have an earlier one with slightly thicker metal too.
