AGM 2025 - Sunday 19th October

Post by GTiJohn »

A date for your calendars and a request to get involved in running your club!

This year's AGM will take place at 2.30pm on Sunday 19th October 2025.

The venue will be Harbury Village Hall, South Parade, Harbury, Leamington Spa CV33 9JE.

(This costs the club £80, rather than the £400 somewhere like Coventry Motor Museum charge)

The agenda will be :-

1. Approval of previous minutes
2. Reports from Committee Members and officers
3. Election of 2025/26 Committee Members and officers
4. Programme of Events for 2025/26
5. AOB

All club roles are available. They are:-

Chairman
Club Secretary
Treasurer
Membership Secretary
Events Secretary
Webmaster (currently vacant)
Regalia Secretary
Social Media Secretary
Magazine Editor (currently vacant)

So, if you would like to get involved with running the club, please get in touch with either myself or the current secretary.

This is vitally important for the long-term continuation of the club - we cannot rely on the running of the club to be reliant on a decreasing number of individuals. So please get involved!

As I've failed to show up so far I will be coming to the AGM all being well; it's a pleasant drive up the Fossway at this time of year! :D

Thanks to all who came to the AGM in Harbury earlier today.

Full minutes will be published soon but the basic outcome is that the committee are unchanged but are still without a person to manage the website and a magazine editor.

The weather may have put some off but residents were impressed to see so many Rovers in their village :D

Including two 220 Turbos :cool
