Slow Is Fun Is The New Fast

Post by Mr Teddy Bear »

Coming back from Prescot the other week I was enjoying myself ascending the hill out of Nailsworth in second gear. The K Series was making a nice howl and I was enjoying the drive shall we say.
At some point beyond the dip and bend in the climb I touched the brake momentarily and was promptly overtaken on the next straight by a white panel van with an external ladder fitted to the back! :laughing2

As HubNut often says it's better to enjoy the sensation of speed while staying within the speed limit!

On a separate but speed related issue plod is still using their camera cars, as one was parked on a M5 overbridge looking at the Southbound M5 traffic just South of the Tewksbury Northbound exit. Plod had also pulled two cars just beyond that bridge Northbound, which made all the traffic hit the brake, although perhaps that was the camera van.
