Anyone know the torque settings and tightening sequence for a 216 GSI cylinder head?

Cylinder Head Bolts for D16A6
stage 1 =22ft lbs *
Fully Torque to =48ft lbs

Cylinder Head Bolts for D16Z6
Stage 1 =22ft lbs*
Fully Torque to =53ft lbs

*Pre tighten stage 1
As for the sequence, i`m 90% certain its the same as the Rover K series engine ie: like this..

7-3-1-5-9
10-6-2-4-8

If the above makes sense?

Be sure to compare the codes against the number on your V5 if it still has the original engine
