416 wheel arches

M.O.T time cummin up soon and my rear wheel arch seems to have dissolved over the winter,is it a mot fail,if so are repair parts available.

I dont think it will be MOT checked.

Buy some rust remover and rust preventer primer, sand paper and depending on your car color, the correct color primer and of course your cars color. Oh and some masking tape and some paper.
