Just bought an insurance repaired 414 what does vic entail , im told i have to pay for new logbook just checking that what ive been told matches what somebody out there knows ?

All they do is check that the car is the correct identity (i.e. not a cut n shut or a ringer) and then see if there are any structural problems to make sure any structural damage has been repaired satisfactorily I think.
