Central Locking

Hi guys,
Help needed please. Operating the "lock" button on the fob on our 2005 Rover 45, the alarm/immobiliser arms but the central locking does not activate. All fuses under-bonnet beneath cover by passenger side bulkhead are OK. Is this where C/L fuse is located?
Is there a relay that is likely to be faulty?
Any help appreciated.
