Rover Parts to keep

Ok I have a 214sei this going to a banger racer who says I can strip the car first. so what's parts are worth keeping and hard to get hold of??

If its a half leather interior keep the lot - seats door cards, carpet if in OK nick.

Lights F+R, hockey sticks under the lights.

Headlining if not sagged.

Radio if original

Gti john the green rover gose tomorrow so please inbox me a list of what you want.

Head liner is no good- sorry
Standard tape deck still there
Wiper stalk ok if I can remove it
What's a plinth??
Door badge fine.
