Goodridge Brake Hoses Help

Post by Smithy »

Hi,

Has anyone fitted these before for their 200?

There doesn't appear to be enough brackets. The shorter one appears to be correct for the front but yet has no bracket?

So which ones go where and what did you do about the brackets?

My fronts were the one with the bracket (never measured them mind), the rears are meant to have 2 brackets to match OE, but mine didn't have any, may possibly be becuase they're second hand, but I'm gonna call into their head office next time I'm back in Exeter and see if there is a possbility of getting the brackets attached.

I'd have words wth Goodridge and tell them the hoses are wrong and see if they'll redo the rears.

The one without the brackets I am guessing is the fronts as it is the right length compared to the front one which was taken off in the pic.

So that means the rear has no brackets at all when it needs two :S

How did you fit the rears with no brackets brad?

Dan has fitted the OE hoses back on for the moment and bled with them so the car isn't off the road for any period.

Frustrating as I have dot5.1 to go in too.
