MKC101960 is partnered with the 5AS ECU.

Is the immobliser/central locking working off the fobs, correctly?

Is the engine running when the fuel pump is bypassed?

Hi,

no the engine doesnt run when the relay is by-passed

the doors do open and close on the fob, but the armed light on the dash does flashs not in the normal sequence, when disarmed the light does eventually stop flashing

Have you checked the slam panel earths? I think there is a black thin gauge wire going to the ECU, a break or corrosion on this and the engine won't run.
