Indeed it is - but you will actually get a better answer from a Haynes manual in this case than by someone describing it. You will also get it instantly, no need to wait for a reply.

I have looked for a Haynes Manual quite a few times times but cant find one for my car. :S 220 1993 K plate, where are they? Ive looked everywhere for one including the Haynes site and it seems they dont do it for my car/engine T Series :S :S :S

No unfortunately they don't. If you pick up an 820 manual the engine will be similar and 200/400 manual for the body panels, interior trim.
Rover 220 GTi Turbo.
