Sellling my Nissan 100 nx buying 95 Rover 214 SEI

Post by roller »

Hi all
I'm in the process of selling this:-

I take delivery of my 95 Rover 214 SEI in grey on Friday,

it is having a new head gasket and cam belt fitted plus a full service before I take delivery. the first job will be to spray the bumper the same colour as the rest of the car.
About 3 years ago I owned a 93 214 SLI but the white/grey paintwork irritated me so after 12 months I sold it and bought a Mazda 626 but 25 mpg so I p/x it for a Hyundai accent 1.3 which was a good economical car but lacked p/s or e/w so sold it and bought the Nissan 100 nx which is a fantastic car but it is really a car for the younger person, I've had my fun but it's time to be sensible and at age 65 I will go for the comfort and style of the Rover 214 SEI.

Hi, Welcme to the club forums.

I have removed your avatar as it was massive :o . Feel free to add another - the guide is 100x100 pixels.

Sorry I forgot to check the size before uploading it once you get to 65 the memory isn't what it used to be.

Come on Over to Rover!

Congratulations on your move back to Rover! The bumper top is unpainted on all SEis like yours but if you use some bumper black you can get it looking like the one in Cemo's picture which will look nicer:

Sold my Nissan on Saturday, sad to see it go but must be sensible and think of what I'm saving in repair costs.
