Sorry Paul, it was all made up at the last minute with several mini-POLs popping up in places such as the Lickey Hills car park, Cov Motor Museum, the local M&S car park ( what could possibly go wrong there...?), Gaydon in addition to those who stayed in Lowhill Lane.

None of these locations could have taken everybody from POL so this was a necessity.

There's talk of POl being rearranged for a date later in the year.

Hah - our mini-meet turned into a trip to cadbury's world!

Didn't get many shots on the lane next to Cofton Park but this is us before we set off....



Got to say though, it was the right decision. Whilst Sat was fine (if cold), we had a walk into Cofton park (to go to the swings) and it was very wet underfoot , we got mudded up in a short space of time. If there had been cars driving all over it it would have been a mudbath very quickly, churned up the park and there would have been cars stuck all over the place. Right decision, unfortunately...

Wasn't how I saw my day going needs must and being a car park Marshall for a day (as well as John and Jeremy) kept Gaydon happy everyone pulled together to help and even tho I don't own a rover anymore it made me proud of the community
