Inlet and fuel rail refurbishment. pt1

Looks to grubby to be put back on to the shiny head now so......here we go again :slapme

Image

Disassembly shows rust proofing over everything :laughing2
Image

Off to the pressure washer you go
Image

Think we'll replace these o-rings as well, they look like they have been there since 91 :scared
(remember there was no gasket here either :headbanging )
Image
Image

Now to disassemble the fuel rail.
Image

Injectors out with o-rings that have probably been there since 91 as well, they felt more like washers than stretchy rubber.
Image

More rust proofing measures :slapme
Image

Carb cleaned ready to swap o-rings
Image
Image
all new
Image

Not part of the kit but i'll replace the fuel regulator one as well
Image

Will continue when the pressure washer (dishwasher) is finished.
