I noticed that the recommended replacement trailing arms for the R8 with drums are RGG104040 and RGG104050. These I believe are early Rover 400/45 (HHR) arms.
Anyone ever fitted them and if so, what's the difference?
I can see the mount surfaces for the drum plates are completely different but the basic dimensions must be the same as Rimmer says the drum plates and lower arms are also interchangeable and the compensator arms are the same all the way from 1989 to 2005.
