Not sure if these varients of the k-series were actually in the 200, or weather they were a progression of....
....but...... does anyone know the Headbolt torque setting for the 1.6 in the MGF????

are u on about the head bolts??? u do them up to 20nm with torque rench then u tighten the bolts up with a breaker bar 180degrees twice but u have to do them in order

This is what im not getting......Going another round turn will shear the bolts
.......hense why you use a torque wrench and never a breaker bar!!

angle torque
you can either guess 180 degress which aint hard or buy an angle gauge that just fit's onto your sockect and ratchet/breaker bar like an extension bar
i never had a k series head bolt snap even used bolts
angle torque is used on 90% off todays cars
