Green Rover 200 T44BRM in Bingham, Notts

I went for fish and chips near home in Bingham, Notts last night (1st Feb) at about 6 p.m.
When I got back to my car a flat-bed truck was parked behind me with a clean-looking Rover 200 on-board.

Did not take a picture, but its Reg was T44BRM, Green colour and the Reg shows up as Sep1999.
The MOT history shows that the last MOT expired in July 2015 and it had some serious issues with corrosion in 2013.
Does anyone on here know its history or its destination? Screenshot below:

Seems like it might have been a bona fide BRM too (with the orange lower grille)

I only saw the back of it, chips might have gone cold if I had done a bit of Sherlocking round the front :laughing2
