Pretty fair summary but they had to mention the HG, didn't they...?

Would we expect most 30 year-old car to have had a new one by now or not?
I like Twin Cams.... and Single Cams...and now Turbos

When I bought a Tomcat from a little backstreet garage in Essex a few years ago, I asked about the HG. It was fine, but he reckoned he had replaced more BMW ones than all the other makes put together!

The piston head comments aptly illustrate the plentiful supply of hand shufflers over there.

It looks in good nick from the photo's, better than most BMW's of similar vintage! :D

Yep the comments on PH's say it all.

It was a very competetive csar in its market at the time, a fair bit better than the equivalent Astra Escort but from most of the comments on there it was one of the worst.

No wonder we don't have a UK volume car manufacturer any more.

Oh and on HG's my 03 K series has not had a HG.

Cheers Bean
