assumed you didnt go this year because the black montego wasnt there. did you do the smoothed bumpers on the montego cab then? something i always wanted to do to mine. i last owned a montego about 12 years ago but still have a soft spot for them.

Yeah I was there, the picture of the ZS180 in monogram spectre is mine.
The Montego Cab was done by the previous owner in Peterborogh, I bought it off him cheap, put a new starter, ring gear and clutch on it, improved the rear of the hood as it was coming away and the front was leaking so I fixed that. Serviced it and it flew through the MOT.
I then sold it to a guy in Grantham who sold it on to a guy in Kent. Nigel, a friend of mine who lives in Moulton saw it advertised on car and classic and bought it from him. It's now his everyday car and he loves it
It needs a few bits doing now though but it's a very smooth drive.
