Re: Stainless coolant pipes
I'd be interested in at least one set for a 'T' series.

Well, that's it.
First order placed for my entire fleet.
Watch this space for the work in progress and finished article pictures.
If you want a set of t-turbo (non air con) pipes put your name down here:

Re: Stainless coolant pipes
Pending receiving a pipe to be copied, I can then get it priced.
Re: Stainless coolant pipes
There are two variants, PEP10011 for (E)100101 TO 455693 and PEP10017 for (E)455694 ON
PEP10011 mates with thermostat housing PEM10013 or PEM10024 via a short sleeve of hose, while PEP10017 mates with thermostat housing PEM10025 which plugs into a belled section of PEP10017. This belled section is manufactured separately, slid over the basic pipe and welded in manufacture.
I have a gash PEP10017 which I could send you, off a non-runner I bought a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the reason it is gash is that the belled section had perforated from internal corrosion, and broke away when I tried to unplug the thermostat housing. I think I have a new one somewhere, and can measure and sketch the belled section. I'm pretty sure I also have a PEP10011 which I can supply comparison measurements for - it is a few mm longer than the basic section of PEP10017, with a swaged ring for the hose sleeve to push over, in place of the belled section.
Unfortunately, I have a shoulder injury at the moment, so am unable to clamber up to my loft for a week or two. Hope there's no rush.

Re: Stainless coolant pipes
First pipes will be started mid next week for the T-series Turbo, i have just approved mine (with some little cosmetic tweaks) so can't do the pics just yet.
If you would like to be part of the first batch put your name down below, with payment to be made on 20th Jan and postage to be the mon/tues there after.
Price is £200 posted, this is currently a 200oc offer and is not advertised elsewhere. I can add them to my website if card payments are needed as i am already £1k in this project, id like to see it come off so i can ensue trust in the supplier and make him hold the stock instead.
The set includes:
Lower, middle and upper coolant pipes. Expansion bottle to upper coolant pipe and dipstick tube.

If you have them handy, would take me 14 days from the originals.
