Re: Rover Revivals Revival
Second car now in for a lovely hg swap. 98k miles, still on it’s original gasket which out lived the clutch!!!!
Only being done as part of a full service of gaskets, thermostat, water pump and belts.
Third car already booked in as this was only started today and should be done for Sunday.
Not bad for a part timer.

Re: Rover Revivals Revival
Look who's paid us a visit
Dragged, kicking and screaming from its sleeping hole at home.

When I finally got it to start (it was reluctant due to bad batteries), I thought, stuff it and just drove it to the unit instead of towing it.
This was a mistake, bad fuel, bad brakes, bad exhaust all added up to an interesting 1m drive but, it's here so all of the above can now be sorted.
Work hopefully begins tomorrow with the strip down.

Re: Rover Revivals Revival
A familiar face popped into RR for some service work and a nip/tuck starting with an MOT on Thursday.

Re: Rover Revivals Revival
In for a well deserved spruce up - new bushes, engine mounts, rear dampers - and a bit of rust removal - sills, filler neck - so it's ready for another 25 years
It'll be back for the 30th anniversary bash at Gaydon, won't it Craig?!
