Graham, really enjoyed browsing those pics. The best examples are the unmolested ones like yours, simply stunning. The guy you bought it from definitely found the right owner to take it forward.

Scrumpy, Thanks for the kind comments. The car is in great ownership with me, as it was previously with my friend who cherished this car. we are both mature gentleman. The car will remain standard in everyway. The car is stored in an airchamber, the best way possible. my plan is to just run the car in the summer and only do around 250 miles per year just to keep things ticking over as sometimes standing can do them no good.

Exactly the same as my old '89 216, I did just over 500 mile this year as its near perfect. Happy ownership buddy, sounds a good long term ownership prospect.
