Thanks gents - it’s definitely engine speed rather than road speed that’s the issue - just over around 3200-3500 revs. Do others with a 220 or 420 get this sort of drone type vibration. It’s not a severe vibration like you’d get with a bad tyre, it’s really more an annoying noise and you can feel it...

Found the issue! The brake disc heat shield was bent over and rubbing the disc at the bottom. Bent it away with pliers - sorted!

I’m just adding some Lanoguard today to the car before I use it again but I suspect that I may have picked up a stone in the caliper. My drive is gravel. The bearing sounded good, unlike the one in the hub I took off. Car is at 102,000 miles now.
