More than likely a manual one, have a peep under the top cover and look for a vertical spring, if its there its a manual tensioner

I was able to source a rad for my very old R8 via Euro Car Parts. They only sell good quality Valeo or Nissens units. They are all new and no exchange required. Decent prices too.

Wha thank you all for the comments. Its by no means concourse, but there again I dont want it to be either. It was purchased via ebay for £150 and has passed 2 mot`s in my hands with just 2 tyres & pair of front struts needed. I never intended to keep it really but i`ve kind of fallen for the da...

Yes its fairly easy! Only snag is the really tight bottom pulley nut thats best removed by removing the starter and locking the ring gear, be sure to add some threadlock before retorquing it (155sqftlb). Loop the belt over the long run first (ie: otherside to the tensioner) to keep a taut run on the...

I had the same on my 214. I cured by simply adding another foam gasket and it was cured 100&
